The PI campaign production process

How can this cost a fraction of a real shoot?

A traditional cinematic campaign means flying in a crew, blocking off days of an attorney's calendar, and a production bill to match. Our proprietary AI process removes almost all of that — the same network-quality result, without the network budget.

Step one

First, choose your campaign.

Everything starts here. Pick the cinematic spot that fits your firm — watch a sample of each below — and that becomes the campaign we build around your attorney and license to you alone across your media market.

Inside the process

Two paths to your finished campaign.

The end result is the same on either path — a complete multi-channel campaign, exclusive to your firm in your media market, delivered ready to run. What changes is how your attorney gets into the frame.

Live Attorney

Come to Birmingham once, then produce campaigns all year.

  1. 1

    Kickoff & year plan

We confirm market exclusivity, plan the year's campaigns together, and map out what performances and CTAs your shoot day needs to capture.

  2. 2

    Shoot day (Birmingham)

One professionally directed day at our facility. Every angle, every audio bed, every CTA banked for the year — real footage of you on camera, no substitute.

  3. 3

    Two-week production

We cut your first campaign from the footage, integrate your firm's branding, tagline, and call-to-action. Cinematic scene labeled as a dramatization on screen.

  4. 4

    Review on Vimeo

Private review link with timestamped notes. We revise until you're happy. Approve the First Cut to commit to that campaign.

  5. 5

    Delivery

Full asset bundle to a private directory. Download links to forward to your stations or media buyer.

Every additional campaign in your year skips straight to production — the footage is already banked.

Can't travel?

AI Double · Remote

For firms that can't spare a day of travel.

  1. 1

    Kickoff call

Confirm spot, market, disclaimers, tagline. Simple checklist of what we need.

  2. 2

    You send us your assets

Phone photos against a white wall, a phone voice memo, logo, tagline. About 15 minutes total.

  3. 3

    Two-week production

We build a photorealistic AI double from the photos and voice you sent, drop it into the cinematic scene.

  4. 4

    Review on Vimeo

    Private review link, timestamped notes.

  5. 5

    Delivery

Full asset bundle, download links to forward on.

Each new campaign starts fresh from step 1 — the AI Double gets rebuilt into each new spot.

From kickoff to broadcast: about two weeks of production once we have your footage. Compare that to 8–16 weeks at a traditional agency.

Inside the production

How the remote path works.

For firms that can't travel, we build a photorealistic AI double of your attorney from the photos and voice sample you send, then drop that double into the cinematic scene. The result is a custom commercial that feels like it was produced specifically for your firm. Here's the pipeline, start to finish.

For Live Attorney campaigns: your on-screen performance is real footage from your Birmingham shoot day, edited into the cinematic environment. No AI double is used for your likeness or voice at all — the pipeline below is the AI Double (remote) path only.

Four-stage production pipeline: map and replace the attorney's likeness from your photos, AI digital mapping to match lighting and expression, sync a voice model built from your attorney's voice, and the finished broadcast TV spot

STEP 1

Build the likeness

From the phone photos you send, we build a photorealistic AI double of your attorney and map it into the scene — not a stock actor, not an invented person.

STEP 2

Match the scene

AI mapping aligns lighting, angle, and expression so your attorney's double sits naturally inside the cinematic frame.

STEP 3

Add the voice

A natural voice model built from your attorney's own voice sample delivers the script — their words, in a voice faithful to their own — synced to the picture.

STEP 4

Finished spot

A broadcast-ready TV spot with your firm's branding — labeled as a dramatization on screen, ready to air.

Because a real, consenting attorney is the basis — not an AI-invented “synthetic performer” — and every dramatized scene is labeled on screen, the viewer is never misled. That's exactly what the advertising rules and new synthetic-media disclosure laws are built around.
