Who's actually making this — and can they pull it off?
A real production company. Diamond Studios — legally Diamond Film and Video — was founded in 1982 and has produced TV commercials for over four decades, with attorney work a major part of the mix and hundreds of attorney spots along the way. Now we do one thing.

Not a startup. A 44-year production company.
Diamond Studios — legally Diamond Film and Video — has been producing TV commercials since 1982. We are based in Birmingham, Alabama. We are not an AI startup. We are a 44-year production company that has adopted AI as its primary production engine — the same way we adopted nonlinear editing in the 1990s and digital animation before that.
The creative judgment is always ours. The production lift is AI. The result is theatrical-quality work at a fraction of network-campaign cost.
For most of those four decades we made commercials for all kinds of businesses, attorneys always among them. AI changed what was possible: it let us build cinematic, broadcast-quality PI campaigns fast and affordably enough to offer one firm per market. So we refocused the entire studio on personal injury attorneys. It's the only work we take now.
"We didn't build this because AI was trendy. We built it because clients needed theatrical quality they could actually afford — and we figured out how to deliver it."
Not a chatbot. A principal.
Once you commit to a project with Diamond Studios, you communicate directly with one of the principals — by phone and email — for the entire engagement. No support queue. No ticket system. No offshore handoff. Kickoff, capture, integration, review, delivery, and ongoing for your year of exclusivity: same person, same number.
Four decades of finishing craft.
Color, sound, motion, and final assembly happen the way they have here since the 1980s — with an editor's eye on every frame. The tools changed across the decades; the standard for what leaves the room never did.

Your attorney is real. We say so on screen.
The single most important thing to understand about how we work — and the answer to the question every careful firm and every bar reviewer asks first.
- •Your actual attorney — built from real photographs of the real person, with his consent.
- •A natural AI voice model based on your attorney's own voice — derived from their recordings, using their own words, not a generic synthetic voice or a clone of someone else.
- •Your attorney's own words — the closing message, brand line, and call to action are his, approved by your firm.
- •Your firm's real information — name, phone, office address, and every required disclaimer.
- •The cinematic scenes — hospital corridor, jobsite, highway — are dramatizations, built with AI instead of a film crew and location.
- •Your attorney is composited into those scenes — the same job a green screen and an editor did for decades, done faster.
- •The score and motion graphics are AI-generated and licensed at the source — no royalty, no takedown risk.
New disclosure laws — led by New York's 2025 synthetic-performer rule — target ads that use AI to invent a fake person who never existed, presented as if real. That is the opposite of what we do. Your spot is built from a real, consenting attorney — a photorealistic AI likeness and AI voice model made from their own photos and voice, using their own words. We place that double into a dramatized scene and we label the dramatization on screen — so the viewer is never misled about what's a reenactment and who's a real lawyer. That on-screen honesty is exactly what both the advertising rules and the new synthetic-media laws are asking for.
AI disclosure and synthetic-media laws vary by state and are changing quickly. We build to the strictest common standard and keep current, but final advertising-compliance review and any state-specific bar filing remain the law firm's responsibility. We provide the labeled master and the script for your records.
Built for bar compliance from day one.
Every spot we produce is designed to comply with ABA Model Rule 7.1 and parallel state bar rules nationwide. Decades of producing attorney commercials means we know the regulatory terrain — and our default templates pass review in the strictest jurisdictions in the country.
Compliance filings, retention, and bar-required documentation are the law firm's responsibility under bar rules. We deliver a compliant master and the script for your records.
Will jurors hold AI against me?
No specific research shows that jurors penalize a PI attorney because their TV commercial was produced with AI tools. The bar literature on AI is about AI-generated evidence in the courtroom — not whether a lawyer's commercial used AI editing. Acknowledged, transparent use is accepted. Our model lands firmly on that side.
What if Diamond Studios goes out of business?
You keep your spot. The finished, delivered files are yours forever. We've been around for 44 years and don't see that changing, but the worst case does not put your campaign at risk.
Insured and E&O covered.
Diamond Studios carries business insurance and errors & omissions (E&O) coverage appropriate for a production company delivering broadcast-ready commercial work. Certificate of insurance available on request as part of vendor onboarding.
Watch a sample from each campaign.
