Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 4, 2026 · Diamond Film and Video, LLC
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Diamond Studios website (tvstuff.com) or by entering into a written agreement with Diamond Film and Video, LLC ("Diamond Studios"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.
2. Nature of Services
Diamond Studios is a cinematic advertising agency and production company serving licensed personal injury law firms. We create and produce campaigns for television, streaming, social media and related media, and provide related marketing services (such as Facebook and Instagram advertising) directly or through specialist partners. Campaigns may be developed from our sample concepts or built custom for a firm. The scope, deliverables, ownership and fees of each campaign are set out in the applicable written agreement. Diamond Studios may work with more than one firm in the same market, but does not create the same commercial for competing firms.
Diamond Studios is a creative agency and production company. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Where Diamond Studios manages streaming or social advertising for a client, it does so through the client's own advertising account and with the client's advertising budget, within the scope of the written agreement, and does not guarantee any level of impressions, leads or results. All advertising content produced by Diamond Studios must be reviewed and approved by the attorney licensee before it runs. Compliance with state bar advertising rules, including any required pre-clearance filings, disclaimers, or recordkeeping, is entirely the responsibility of the licensed attorney.
3. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not: use automated scraping tools to harvest contact data; submit false or misleading inquiries; or interfere with the operation of the website.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Content on this website, including copy, video footage, photography, design, scripts and sample concepts, is the property of Diamond Film and Video, LLC and is protected by copyright. The Diamond Studios name and logo are proprietary marks of Diamond Film and Video, LLC.
A campaign created for a firm under a written agreement belongs to that firm once the campaign fee is paid in full, and the firm may use it for as long as it chooses. This is subject to (a) any third-party talent, music, stock or software licenses identified in the written agreement, and (b) Diamond Studios' pre-existing materials, sample concepts, templates and tools, which remain the property of Diamond Film and Video, LLC. Unless the written agreement says otherwise, Diamond Studios may show the finished campaign in its portfolio.
5. Original Work
Diamond Studios does not create the same commercial for competing firms in a market. Any further restriction, such as a period during which Diamond Studios will not produce campaigns for a named competitor, exists only if it is set out in a written agreement. An inquiry or contact form submission creates no obligation for either party.
6. Approval and Satisfaction Guarantee
Diamond Studios offers a First Cut approval guarantee: for each campaign, if you do not approve the First Cut, you owe no campaign fee for that campaign. This guarantee covers the campaign fee only and is subject to the terms of the applicable written agreement. It does not apply to a production-day fee once booked, to revisions or customization outside the agreed scope, or to ongoing services such as streaming management.
7. Fees, Airtime and Media
The campaign fee covers creation of the campaign described in the written agreement. Airtime and media spend are separate, are set by the firm, and are paid to the media platforms or vendors from the firm's own accounts or budget unless the written agreement says otherwise. Live production days, ongoing management and technology services are scoped separately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and all information on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Diamond Studios does not warrant that campaign content will achieve any particular result, generate any particular volume of leads, or comply with the bar advertising rules of any particular jurisdiction. That compliance determination rests with the attorney licensee.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diamond Studios' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to use of this website or our services is limited to the fees actually paid to Diamond Studios for the specific campaign or service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Diamond Studios be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
